This policy explains refunds for the Soulmate service, sold by VIRALMOSAIC IMPACT SRL through Gumroad (our Merchant of Record).
Your reading and portrait are personalized digital content, generated specifically for you and delivered immediately after purchase.
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery begins — and by starting your reading you ask us to begin right away and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that content. This is standard for instant digital goods.
If something went wrong — you didn't receive your result, or there was a technical problem — contact us within 14 days at contact@viralmosaic.com and we'll make it right or issue a refund.
Because Gumroad is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method. You can contact us or reply to your Gumroad receipt to request one.
